This role requires a program strategist and operational leader who can move seamlessly from big-picture program design to day-to-day execution. The ideal candidate is as comfortable crafting a national campaign with our marketing team as they are refining backend grant operations, curating partnerships for member perks, or rolling up their sleeves to organize donations in a storage unit. Work closely with the CEO & Chief of Staff to align programs with NFW’s mission, values, and long-term strategic goals
Oversee and manage core team members as NFW grows in the year ahead — This position will strategically guide one or more contractors and related technical staff to ensure they are all working effectively toward the program’s stated objectives
Operations & Implementation
Manage program calendars, budgets, timelines, and cross-functional workflows to ensure efficient execution
Oversee data tracking, reporting, and storytelling that reflect both the scale and soul of NFW’s impact
Lead compliance, risk management, and equitable processes within the microgrants program
Partnerships & Collaboration
Cultivate partnerships with mission-aligned brands, nonprofits, and funders to expand NFW’s microgrants, perks and Zero Dollar Store offerings
Collaborate with the Marketing and Tech teams to ensure a seamless user experience across digital platforms and events
Supervise and mentor program staff, contractors, and volunteers across NFW’s growing network
Community & Events
Co-create IRL and digital activations that celebrate NFW members, drive participation, and amplify stories of economic and cultural power
