Our microgrant application is designed to be a straightforward app women can complete in just a few minutes. New microgrants drop monthly, curated to meet the everyday realities of women's lives at that moment. Our promise? We believe getting financial support should alleviate stress, not add to it.
STEP 1: Apply in under 5 minutes
Tell us about yourself in just a few questions. No lengthy paperwork.
STEP 2: NFW reviews your application
Grant cycles close on the 22nd of every month. Applications are then reviewed by the NFW team.
STEP 3: Find out grant selection
Applicants are notified if their grant application was approved or not approved on the last day of the month.
STEP 4: Funds are sent securely
After you're approved for a microgrant, you'll be prompted to input the appropriate information, and your grant funds will be delivered immediately via a digital transfer.

No-drama financial support for immediate needs — includes moments when something small threatens to knock everything off track to surprise & delight, "just because we can" give moments from NFW
$500-$2,500 microgrants
Financial support that stabilizes and creates momentum — the kind of help that changes what’s possible next by addressing the stuff that keeps women stuck or stretched
$2,500-$5,000 microgrants
Capital that unlocks growth, ambition, and ownership — for the ideas you've been piecing together after hours for you and your loved ones futures

MEMBERSHIP FUELS MICROGRANTS
Microgrants are open to all and always free to apply to. If you're already an NFW member, you can apply directly in the membership portal. If you're not yet a member, follow the application process and please consider selecting an optional $15 application fee. 100% of application fees go toward improving the lives of American women.
